Villa Tiecula is composed by a large living room, an opened kitchen fully equiped with dish washer, oven, micro waves, gaz burners, coffee machine.

From the living room a long corridor leads to the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an independant WC. 3 bedrooms have double bed, the fourth one is furnished with a stacked bed, a desk and internet connexion. Each bedroom is equiped with satellite televisions.

Downstairs stand the laundry room, a small bathroom and a huge room that can be used as a playground for children.

Outside terrace is furnished with deck chairs suitable for sunbathing. There is also a corner with table and chairs for dining al fresco admiring the breathtaking panorama.

Villa Tiecula is located in one of the most beautiful place of south Corsica, in a very quiet area, 10 minutes distant from Porto Vecchio and about 10 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of Corsica east cost. Dead-weight is also available to moor a small outboard in the bay of St cyprien beach with stands 4 kilometres from the house.

The nearest airport is Figari at 25 kilometres. Final cleaning is included in the rate.

Private villa with ground floor and underground. Ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and independant toilett. Large wardrobe in each bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower, 1 with soa tub. Large living room opened onto the terrace with swimming pool. Kitchen with table and chairs that can sit 6 to 8 persons, kitchen is equiped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, coffe machine.
