BOOKING TERMS :

DEPOSIT: Deposit (30% of the total amount) must be paid by wire transfer upon your reservation.

Upon the reception of your deposit you will be sent full contact details for the property owner or his manager and directions how to arrive.

BALANCE: Balance must be paid directly to the owner 1 month prior to your arrival. In case of non payment upon the fixed date the booking will be considered cancelled and deposit would not be rimbursed.

CANCELLATION :
In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either::

a) Deposit only – In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before letting period.

b) Total amount – in case of cancellation less than 8 weeks before letting period.

SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit of 700,00 € must be paid at the time of arrival to the owner or his manager. The amount will be refunded at the end of the holiday less any deduction made for loss or damage caused by the clients or for any additional costs that were not included in the letting price. THE OWNER OR HIS REPRESENTATIVE CAN REFUSE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT PAID AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL.
