The house is divided over 3 levels plus an annex to accommodate 12 persons.
The ground floor is composed by 2 double rooms, each with the possibility of 2 separate beds. The second rooms has 2 additional bunk beds in separate alcôve. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto the exterior and an ensuite bathroom.

The entrance of the house stands on the first floor with a fully equiped kitchen and living area with fireplace and television and laundry room.

The annex is composed by a double room with the possibility of separate bed, a fireplace and 2 additionnal beds in sparate alcôve. The annexe has a bathroom with shower.

The private garden is for the exclusive use of the guests of the house together with the wimming pool, the open kitchen and the spa area.

THE ESTATE: Albitru house is a part of Domaine de Murtoli which is a sweeping 2000 hectare (4950 acre) estate with 6 gracious and completely independent Corsican houses. The houses are apart and very private one from the other, If you'd like to review the other villas on the estate (click here) .

With in the estate are kilometres of private roads and paths, framed by a wild protected nature, small creeks, wooded hils and pastures. The villas are secluded one from the other, each in an isolated position that guarantees complete privacy and tranquility.

Each is replete with stunning views, many guests never leave the estate during their stay, passing the time swimming, horse riding, walking, fishing and relaxing. On the edge of the vast nature reserve that makes the Murtoli estate a perfect spot for nature lovers. Murtoli is also a great location from which to explore South Corsica, it is with in easy reach of most well known tourist destinations in Southern and Mid Corsica and also many more off the beaten track.

The owners are from a Corsican who know more than a thing or two about creating the perfect holiday. They can provide you with many services and advantages not found in normal rental villas; fishing, fitness facilities, guided tours, transfers, catering, 4 wheel drive rentals, rent-a-cars, on going hotels, restaurant bookings, taxi reservations, in fact full concierge services, normally only found in luxury hotels.

From October until Mid February, the estate also provides an exceptional hunting site. Mountain, forest, bush, rocks, rivers, many place and sight seeing to discover.

Upper floor : 1 double room with king size bed, bathroom with tub and toiletts.
Annex with double room (possibility of separate beds. 2 additional bunk beds in searate alcôve, bathroom with shower and toiletts.
Private garden with swimming pool, private spa with hammam and sauna, fully equiped outside kitchen, dining area, barbecue.
Access to the beach : The house has a place for the use of the guests on the large private beach of the estate.
