TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT : A deposit of 30% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent via e-mail a voucher confirming you reservation.

BALANCE: The balance is upon your arrival

CANCELLATION: In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel your holiday we will have to charge either:

Deposit - if cancellation is received less than 40 days before your arrival.

IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTE: All disputes will be heard in the court of Ajaccio.
